Level 2-3 Adventure for Shadowdark
Time: 3-4 hours
In an abandoned Frost Dwarf mine where metal has vanished, rhythmic knocking echoes through the tunnels, and a hidden horror feeds below. The module includes guidance for scaling play from levels 1โ7, making the mine a location that can challenge new crawlers now and remain dangerous enough to revisit later in a campaign. Along the way, players will face new monsters including Tommyknockers, Pale Thrummers, and the Tommyknocker Ore-Heart, and discover new magic items and treasures such as the Decoder Stone, Tears of Aaril, Frost Elixir, and Glimmerstone. Packed with random encounters, frostbite rules, dwarven secrets, and multiple paths to success, itโs a tense, reusable delve full of sound, survival, and subterranean dread.
